HTC Evo 4G LTE Features
The first thing which we will be talking about is what you can expect from the device. The device has a lot of different, and every interesting features present in it. This device has a 4.7-inch 720p HD display; the processor is a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4, an 8 megapixel rear camera which has an f2.0. lens BSI sensor. The device also has a very good imaging chip and the HTC’s new Image Sense technology present in it. The other specifications of the device are: 1.3 megapixel front facing camera, 16GB of internal storage, 1GB of RAM, an NFC, LTE and a 2000 mAh battery. This battery is capable of providing this device with the power to keep running for more than 24 hours. This device also has the firmware 4.0.3.
We are happy about the 16GB onboard memory as this means that you can have a lot of space for putting in your favorite music, apps, games, etc.
Another thing which is present in the HTC Evo 4G LTE is the HD Voice. This feature uses voice over the LTE combination with noise cancelling technology. This allows the device to deliver very clear audio calls.
HTC Evo 4G LTE Design
Now, we will be talking about the design of the HTC Evo 4G LTE. If you look at the design of this device, you will see that the HTC Evo 4G LTE has a uni-body anodized aluminum shell. This is similar to the ones featured in other HTC devices. At the back of the device, there is a kickstand which has been painted red. Now, many of you might be thinking that the placement of the kickstand means that you will be able to use it only in landscape mode. However, that’s not the case Androites, because the engineers of this device have created, what you can call a ‘dual-directional kickstand’. This means that you can set the device in both, landscape mode and portrait mode. This kickstand kind of like acts as the waist line of the device and it is very useful when you want to leave your device standing on a surface in the position you want.
The HTC Evo 4G LTE has an aluminum case which has been blasted with micro-particles. This makes the device feel soft when you touch it. The top lower of the metal around the edge of the device has been shaved off, and that gives you a look at the real color of the device. The upper section on the back side of this device has a glossy plastic cover, black in color. This cover protects the HTC Evo 4G LTE’s micro SD card slot, the NFC chip and the radio present in the device. The glossy finish is also a fingerprint magnet, and you can see an image of it below;

The device is 8.98 mm thick, and its weight is 134 grams. Yes, we know that the device doesn’t look as elegant as the other HTC One devices which are available; however, it isn’t what one might call as not pleasing to the eyes.
The ‘second-quarter’ release date is still a bit far away; however, you can get this device through the pre-order date of May 7th for $199.99 as the launch date will be sometime in the second quarter of the year. In the end, we leave you with the hands-on video:
